Data We Collect
When you use our contact or order forms, we collect the following data: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), your message, and any products you reference. If you hold an administrator account, we collect the e-mail address and name associated with that account. This site does not process payments online: inquiries and orders are handled by e-mail.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data collected solely to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations, and handle order requests. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law n° 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors located in the EU/EEA, the GDPR. Processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering your requests.
Cookies & Local Storage
The administrator session uses an HttpOnly session cookie (JWT). The site stores your language preference in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our contact and order forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the site from spam and abuse. This service is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and may process information such as your IP address on Google's servers.
E-mail & Service Providers
Inquiries and order requests are forwarded to our mailbox through an SMTP e-mail provider, which processes the data solely to deliver messages to us. Inquiry content is not stored in a database.
Data Retention
Inquiries are kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request. Administrator accounts are retained while needed, and password reset tokens are deleted once used. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.
Security
Passwords are hashed before storage, the administrator session cookie is HttpOnly, and communications are protected by HTTPS. Note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to request a copy. Under the GDPR you may also request data portability and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Under Moroccan law you may contact the CNDP. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
