Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the S&A Prestige SARL website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site.
Products & Handcrafted Character
All zellige tiles are handcrafted in Morocco by artisans. Each piece is unique: natural variations in color, glaze, texture, and size are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Product photographs are indicative and may differ slightly from the delivered pieces.
Pricing & Custom Orders
Zellige is quote-on-request. Every piece is handmade, so pricing depends on the format, the finish, the glaze and the quantity you need. Send us your project details and we will reply with a tailored quotation. Custom orders require a 100% advance payment to commence production.
Orders & Payments
Orders and inquiries are placed via WhatsApp, e-mail, or our contact form. Specific payment terms are agreed at order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide directly from our workshop in Fes, Morocco. Each order is carefully crated in wooden pallets. Delivery takes between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on the order. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery; please inspect packages on receipt.
Returns & Damages
Because custom handcrafted goods are often made to your specifications, returns depend on the terms agreed at the time of ordering. Report any damage in transit as soon as possible after delivery. We recommend ordering at least 15% overage to cover the minor chipping that is normal in handcrafted tiles.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, product designs, and logos — is the property of S&A Prestige SARL and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without our written consent is prohibited. Some zellige patterns are inspired by traditional Moroccan heritage motifs.
Limitation of Liability
S&A Prestige SARL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or installation-related issues. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from their use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Fes, Morocco.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes are posted on this page and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
